Reimis Smith is a proud Bundjalung and Wiradjuri man, 1st grade professional rugby league player for The Melbourne Storm, and owner and founder of Lone Crow Coffee.

how to get the most out of your beans?

Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light. Once your bag is opened beans start to oxidise straight away.

To preserve your beans’ fresh roasted flavour as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. Light will compromise the taste of your coffee, so keep your beans in a dark and cool location. 

​

TIP *** If you aren't consuming your whole bag of beans 30 days after opening, you can store your beans in the freezer for longer periods to maintain stop the oxidising process.

The exciting flavour profile of high altitude Central and South American Arabica beans with just enough premium Robusta beans  to allow the perfect crema, combined with a innovating 

roasting process, results in rich strong

flavours of cocoa, dark chocolate and

dark fruits, finished with a silky aftertaste.

This is a timeless Italian style roast with a modern twist, that packs a punch through milk, and is exceptional as an espresso

Barista Roast: Our beans are hand selected Arabica Beans from Central and South America, Africa and Papua New Guinea.
